A garden and a memorial to the man who shaped the island
A botanic garden above Avalon Canyon, run by the Catalina Island Conservancy, built around a memorial to William Wrigley Jr, whose money and interest shaped most of what the island looks like today. It is the one place on Catalina laid out deliberately to be walked through slowly.
