The black-and-white tower on Anastasia Island, lit in 1874, whose most-told ghosts are three little girls, the daughters of the builder, who drowned in the bay when their play-cart ran into the water during construction. Keepers and ghost-hunters report their laughter on the stairs. You can climb all 219 steps by day and hunt the dark by night.
