The largest artesian spring formation in the world, pumping half a billion gallons a day of glass-clear water up from the Florida aquifer. Glass-bottom boats have floated over the caverns and the fish here since 1878, the first tourist attraction in Florida; the old Tarzan and Creature from the Black Lagoon films were shot in this water.
