Five short lava tubes inside the city limits of Redmond, in a BLM recreation area a few minutes from the airport, used for shelter by Native people and later by travellers on the road. They are small, free, unlit and ideal for a first cave with kids old enough to scramble, with none of the commitment of the big tubes. PUBLIC (BLM), Redmond, Oregon.
