The huge tuberculosis hospital on a hill south of Louisville, opened in 1910, where thousands died in the years before the cure, their bodies sent down a tunnel called the body chute so the living patients would not see. Long abandoned and stripped, it is named one of the most haunted places in America, and its owners run history and overnight ghost tours through the empty wards.
