Union Cemetery and the White Lady

Easton (Fairfield County, Connecticut)

The burying ground at Easton dates to the 1600s and is the most famous haunted cemetery in Connecticut, chiefly because Ed and Lorraine Warren, the paranormal investigators whose case files became a film franchise, worked it for years and claimed to have filmed the White Lady on the road outside. Be straight about the etiquette here: the cemetery is CLOSED after dark and Easton police enforce it firmly, so this is a daylight visit to a genuinely old and beautiful graveyard.
