A Phnom Penh high school that the Khmer Rouge turned into Security Prison 21, where around 15,000 people were imprisoned, tortured and sent to be killed; a handful survived. The classrooms still hold the iron beds and the photographs the regime took of every prisoner. It is a genocide museum and a memorial, and it should be visited in silence, not as a ghost tour.
