The Screaming Tunnel

A limestone drainage tunnel under an old rail line near Niagara Falls, Ontario, with a stubborn legend: a girl fleeing a fire, or a murder, died inside it, and if you stand in the middle at midnight and strike a match, her scream puts it out. The tunnel is real and walkable, low and wet and dark, and it has turned up in films. Bring a light, and matches if you dare.
