Bloody Springs scattered coin

Documented folklore from the Club 49 map, told straight and sourced.

The story

An emigrant train carrying around $60,000 in gold coin was said to be attacked near Spring Gulch, the coins flung across the gorge of the Pit River. Pieces have reportedly turned up in the area ever since.

The ground it haunts

Near Pittville, along the Pit River. Source: Legends of America. The Club 49 map pins this legend at its documented country, beside the real mines, active claims, land status and modeled honey holes of the same ground. Open the free map and go stand in the story.
